A family lost their home on this date and we came way too close to loosing three of our own, in a flashover. Our current Battalion Chief, our current Captain and one of our firefighters were all inside when the flashover occurred. Thankfully they were able to escape. There was no loss of life that day for residents or firefighters. Thank you to all mutual aid agencies who responded.
